These eight tracks of small duration came out from live sets of the author — he got his inspiration for this EP directly from himself. In compare with early works, the sound of Foolk became more lacerated and twitchy but this fact just underlines the uniqueness of Dusan’s music — with its jazzy variations and with an inevitable using of samples.
According to words of Dusan, this selection of beats and sounds is a good material for those DJs who are attracted to glitched hip-hop stuff. Also the author hopes that ‘Lush Hour’ will be a nice method for listeners to construct their own set of short and dynamic videos in the mind’s eye — at any time and in any place if it’s possible to use headphones.

Petit post de fin de weekend pour vous parler d’un duo originaire de Bristol assez méconnu qui fait dans la techno répétitive, très dépouillée, et surtout franchement brutale.
The third publication of Música Vermella appeared in praise to the dubstep, and as a result of a joint collaboration with Brokenhead Records (Madrid), with musicians Pisu and Trippa (Musica Vermella) Easy Chef (Broken Head recs.) and with the collaboration of Rdub. This EP is a sample of the electronic branch of our label and we hope that our selection is of your taste!
Once Nomadic is an ambient reflection on life that was for the longest time on the move, but still more slowly phased than now. It conveys one man’s interpretations of some of the beauty and difficulties encountered by these people at that time, and of the transition to sedentary life.
Creating these FLAC files is a good test of my audio CD masters. I’ve discovered the master for this release was full of bad sectors after only three years. The moral of this story: Always have redundant backups!

“Originally from Greystones, a seaside village near Dublin, and now based in Berlin, Mano Le Tough makes disco influenced house music which is characterized by an emphasis on melody and emotion. Mano released his “warhorn e.p.” on Prins Thomas’ Internasjonal imprint in 2009 and has also released tracks on District of Corruption. More exciting releases are lined up in the coming months, a 12″ in December 2009 on Mirau musik featuring Tensnake and Azari & III remixes as well as a second 12″ on Internasjonal with a Chateau Flight remix. Also incoming is Mano’s debut album and further 12″s on internasjonal in 2010…
Mano djs and performs live regularly around Europe and has appeared at the Sonar festival in Barcelona and the Electric Picnic and Oxygen festivals in Ireland. He holds down a bi-monthly residency at the Twisted Pepper in Dublin and can also be seen playing very often in Berlin.
Mano likes eating vegetables and reading Ernest Hemingway.”
quite varied, from warm washed out ambient dreaminess, to buzzing crumbling drones, to squiggly spaciness, to gorgeous glistening sun baked post rock, to reverb drenched guitar drift, to thick super distorted dirgedrone, and each of those allowed to shift and shimmer, change shape, and alter sound, transform from one into the other, and then back again, the drone is definitely the root of the music here, but even that is sometimes relegated to whirring way off in the distance, while harmonics sparkle and rhythms shuffle, but just as often, the drone wipes the slate clean, and all the OTHER elements drift and whirl in the background while the drone rumbles and buzzes.”
