Trailing Space is a post/space/krautrock project led by Jean Nine and “Bring The Darkness Over This Place” is the project’s first album. Bring The Darkness Over This Place is a 47 minutes long slowly growing, pompous post-rock work divided into two parts, where beautiful melodies clash to star cluster sized arrangements and quiet ambiences follow thundering loud and noisy parts.

Like Saturn Devours His Children is a successor to previous Trailing Space album, Bring The Darkness Over This Place (2006). It is an instrumental story of revolutions, manipulation, gullibility and consequences. On this album guitars give even more space for the piano and strings, but also for more electronic expression, creating an inspiring mixture of post-rock, ambient and film music.
Music on this album have been used for a theatrical performance and will be featured also in the next feature-length film by Karahka Tuotanto. The album cover is a detail from Saturn by Goya from the Black Paintings series.
Undoubtfully we, electronic beings, are closely linked and directly
dependent to our sourrounding nature.
Monographic’s new guest, Stadtgruen, has focused on the fundamental
anthitesis of stadt (culture) and gruen (nature) and the dialogue
between them, through the investigation of new ways of expresing art
helped by new technical possibilities.
What is characteristic and defining of this netlabel is its
diferenced series: Stadt & Gruen, the first featuring “deepest
ambient, contemporary grooves” and “twisted techno, impressions from
Motor City” for the second. As a superficial aproximation can be
resumed in styles like minimal dub, minimal techno and clicks&cuts.
The mix is signed by Renniac, aka René Finken (Germany), curator of
Stadtgruen and contains an aproximate 50% Stadt and 50% Gruen. Along
with the task of mantaining the netlabel and his English, German and
Philosophy studies, has produced tracks for Stadtgruen, Aerotone and
Shitkatapult.

Maximiliano Magnano (aka Gris) bio was born in Buenos Aires, on March 30th, 1989, he has developed an intense attraction towards music ever since he was a child. Mostly due to his father’s influence, he has been in contact with Rock music since early ages.
Throughout the years, he showed interest also in Jazz music, Progressive Rock, and many other styles including even Heavy Metal music and it’s many variations, leading him to take part in several bands, learning to play different instruments.
His later years saw him connected to a darker side of music, by getting into bands such as The Cure, Joy Division and Depeche Mode, just to name a few. By the end of the year 2006, and throughout 2007, he started digging into techno music, discovering this whole new genre.
So it’s the mixture of these two elements (a taste for gloomy and dark music, and his fascination with techno music) that have set the basics of his mostly darkened and experimental sound.

As the title track implies, Gutter Lust is composed of shadowy melodies fused with seedy and opaque undertones. In short, its comparable to finding yourself astray in a dimly lit and deserted sector of town on a murky fall night. A bouncy 808 pushes thru sultry pad textures while floaty hi hats shiver opposite a penetrating sub bass. Carlo’s Remix keeps noticeably true to the textures of the original while adding a polished touch of flange and a more locked down feel via transitory snares and persistent hi hat placements. Contrasting with the mysterious vibes of Gutter Lust is the jubilantly charming Dimmi Tutto. Its prominent feature is a tech-house style chord that sits snugly atop a perpetually heaving bass stab. D.Soul’s Remix takes the original and gives it a twist of delay and adds a very danceable and magnetic feel to round out a mesmerizing and well framed Ep from Stir’s visionary-in-cheif.

Travelling has always been a really important part of his life and meeting new people and new cultures has been is dream since he was a child… Running an oriental handicraft shop first and getting to play a lot abroad later gave him the chance to be on the road most of his time. Edoardo started djing long ago, spinning techno and acid tunes in squat parties in Rome, and is now one of the most known djs in the trance scene, having played everywhere in the world, from small clubs and open air parties to the biggest open air gatherings such as Voov, Glade, Samothraki, Soulclipse, Universo Paralello, Rainbow Serpent. His style is a mix of futuristic psychedelic trance with housey, progressive and electronic breaks and beats. Giving great importance to the mixing he creates a flowing liquid psychedelic soundscape and he just compiled a new compilation for Neurobiotic Records called “Neurology vol.2”, which will be released in January 2008 and follows the first Neurology compilation, out back in 2005. Edoardo is also one of the organizer of the mighty Sonica Festival, first trance festival in Italy, taking care of the artistic management of its trance stage. Recently he got back to his roots, playing also techno and minimal tunes, getting great feedbacks either from clubs and open air parties.

In the past few years there has been a revival of the old-school sound of Psychedelic Trance, known as Goa Trance. Cronomi Records is a new Israeli based label specializing in new-school Goa Trance. Our mission is to take the vibes, energy, spirit and magic of classic Goa Trance and put it into modern music produced using modern tools and standards without falling into boring formulated patterns of mainstream mass-produced music.

Opus Iridium means “Rainbow Artwork” or “Artwork for the Rainbows”, or even “Rainbow Crafted” in latin.
Opus Iridium is a compilation that is specially made to celebrate the 10th Suntrip cd. Because of that we wanted to give something special, A double cd!
One cd is filled with ambient music and the other cd is positive dance floor music.
CD 1 is the psytrance-cd. This cd is filled with over 70 minutes of goa trance madness. As usual it is a mix of famous and less famous names… The most interesting new feature is probably the return of Shakta. Seb Taylor made a goa trance track for the first time in many years! Also Ethereal celebrates his comeback on this cd! Filteria we all know of course and also Afgin and Radical Distortion are known for their positive music from earlier releases on Suntrip.
E-Mantra is one of the newcomers, his music is rather dreamy straight forward super psychedelic while the other two newcomers, Artifact303 and Ajna prefer the uplifting melodic morning goa trance style.
CD 2 is the total opposite, chilled sequences, beautiful melodies and soft beats by a lot of famous ambient masters. Many of them known of course from Ultimae Records, like Aes Dana, Asura and Solar Fields. Others like Electrypnose surprised the world lately with their harmonic chill music and Ra needs no introduction of course! But also here we have some newcomers; E-Mantra you know from the first cd, and he proves here that he is able to make many kinds of music. Siebzehn and Astral Waves (aka Dj Zen) released on other compilations in the past as well. And Mindsphere opens this cd with a great floating track!

If you have heard Rubinskee live, you know what to expect: banging floor-filling tunes, and hook filled dance anthems full of electronic funk. When it comes to electronic dance music, Rubinskee is some kind of Renaissance Man, and for “Telúrico”, he bares his passion for early eighties’ Disco and High Energy. Starting with a stellar remix from Konfort’s own Cri Kong (one half of Señor Mandril), and rising the bar for another four originals, Telúrico is warrantied to bring dancefloors to a state of hedonistic frenzy, unseen since the last days of disco. They used to call it Garage, you may still call it Electro House, but Rubinskee is in a league all of his own.
