Inhabitant of Paris, Tanguy (Shag) discovered Techno current in 2000, through rave and free parties Quickly, he left Hardteck vibes to get into Trance and started djing in 2003. He is a co founder member of “Seventh Sky” crew, who promote parties in Paris area. (Flammes du Phoenix, White Rabbit, Majik Sterenn).
In 2005, he turned towards Progressive when he met Miss Tick (fat form rec.). With her, he discovered fat and groovy touch’. Today his Dj sets go from Electro to Progressive House and Progressive Trance. In 2007 he joined the “Fat Form Records” team with Dj Miss Tick, Dj Natas, Lunaspice / D-sens, Krugger Flaps and his friend Dj Nimut.
Tanguy is also graduate of ESRA in Paris (Ecole Superieure de Realisation audiovisuelle) and professional video editor. He made some video reports about parties and festivals, in particular during his trips in Germany. In 2007, he decided to live one year in Berlin, and completly fell in love with the city. A year of love, music and friendship made in “East-Side”, which will change Tanguy forever. He directed his first Documentary, with his friend Quentin, “Schmetterlinge im Bauch”, about this trip.

One of the most fascinating aspects of the netaudio phenomenon is the infinite margin left for experimentation and the breaking of every rule, taboo and format. The possibility of disobedience to the classic song format, not being concerned with the length of a theme, not being forced unto a chorus for immediate consumption, etc, etc, as said before, the infinite possibilities, are up to each producer to decide…
Spectrum is, apparently, a one-track EP. I stress the apparently because in practical terms we can consider a track with several tempos as a story with different chapters, where the perfect assemblage of certain sound elements act as a guiding line, reminding us in each new chapter, the main aspects of the previous ones.
This story, authored by the Japanese producer Lili Harakawa, is joyful, full of movement and filled with somewhat exotic colours, aromas and flavours. It is a dream where the electronics is both bridge and vehicle on a journey between the primordial elements air, fire, water and earth, and we definitely cannot get enough of it …
