So it’s become apparent that as much music and dubstep as we showcase on this website, it just isn’t dark and raw enough for some of you out there and as such, here are some of the most demented, dark, aggressive, and nightmare-inducing mixes that I have come across in the past month.

Let’s start it off right with the latest edition of Rob Booth’s Electronic Explorations podcast series, this week featuring the sounds of Excision in the mix. If you don’t know about Excision…I don’t know what to tell you. He’s had two of the highest circulating dubstep mixes on the internet in the past couple years in the form of his DarkSide of Dubstep mix as well as his live set from this year’s Shambhala festival. next up, we’ve got a fresh one from Twisted of the DuttyDubz crew out of Germany, notorious for their grinding, gritty, bass-fueled beats. Heaviest mix I have heard in a really long time and the mixing is phenomenal the whole way through. Do yourself a favor and grab this one and give it to that buddy of yours who absolutely lives for Metal. They will thank you later.
