PharaOm – Awakening Bodhisattva EP

Underground Alien Factory Records is proud to present the Awakening Bodhisattva EP by PharaOm (Oswald Pfeiffer), a French Goa trance producer born in 1990. Inspired by an old Trancemaster compilation found at the bottom of a dusty stack of CDs, PharaOm began to write his own music in the summer of 2007. His melodic, colourful, and spellbinding style of psychedelic trance music is directly influenced by Indian spirituality and the unique vibe of classic Goa trance. This release features cover art by Imba and mastering by Psyks Studio.

The Antaris-Project Festival was amazing! What a great International crowd. The Village was super nice and the Deco was mind-blowing. I am not sure how many visitors the Festival had but some say around 7-8000 people.
Huge thanks to Axel and the crew and Shuttle drivers. I think it’s probably the best organized and professional Crew I’ve ever seen. You got to make a new Festival next year guys ;)

As a HUGE thanks to the wonderful smiling dancing freaks on the floor I have uploaded both live-sets free to download as your heart’s desire.

Psychopod was a side-project of Danish psychedelic trance artist Koxbox. As Psychopod, two releases for TIP Records were put out in 1996 and 1997, before the group changed it’s name to Saiko-Pod in 2001, and changed musical directions slightly. Dreampod was released first, followed by Headlines, a nearly full-length release billed as an EP. For some reason, on Headlines a radio edit of “Dreampod” was included, instead of the full original. I have expanded this collection into the full-length album is should be re-released as. The first two tracks are both from the original Dreampod single, while on Headlines, I simply removed the radio edit. Instead, I have included two bonus tracks from the TIP Records compilation Beyond Colour, the GMS remix of “Friagram” and an exclusive track called “Seriaf”. This puts the total length at about 80 minutes, which is longer that what would really fit on a CD-R. This is what the album should have been released like, and perhaps some day, Koxbox will decide to re-release it as one full CD with everything included.
