Dual-one from Thueringia just made it! That is why the artists De:pot, Mathis Johnsen and Jan Kose created their own remix of this song. Dual-one top off this EP with a second gorgeous track “Anopi”. We are happy to got another young talented artist at our label auflegware.

After three years of rocking and hundreds of live events, Uniquetunes band comes to some deserving point of this movement, releasing its first studio self-titled album. Started as quartet, now they are eight and they still play music totally live. All tracks were recorded without using any computers and the result sounds astonishing: full-power psychedelic jazz mixed with adjusted art-rock.
You’ll find two absolutely new tracks and five ones, previously released as free-improvised versions on A Year Rocking, but now they are totally reworked and upgraded, while tracks from 1 to 6 have several funky seconds total and sounds like intro.
Talking about genres, this record is a mixture of contemporary jazz, live electronics, modern indie rock and psychedelic from 70’s. During these years, Uniqueutnes shared one stage with Red Snapper, Amon Tobin and many others. Everything you hear was self-recorded, self-engineered, self-produced and self-mixed. This work already has respected replies from Jaga Jazzist and Clutchy Hopkins.
So, no more words… push play and let’s start this jazzzzy journey!

Pinksilver is proud to present an innovative and left-of-centre piece of electronica by Argentinean artist Manuel Santos. Following on with Pinksilver’s love affair of South American artists, Manuel Santos produces crisp synthetic sounds straddled against live instrumentation.
‘Involuto’ glides through undulating landscapes at a pace of 90bpm; the journey is accompanied by live guitar & heartfelt vocals by Mr. Santos.
‘Intrinseco’ enters familiar stripped-to-the groove techno which has been a hallmark of recent Pinksilver releases, clicks & cuts etched in a solid groove and stretched with watertight sounds.
‘Eter’ pulls the listener back & engages them in an intrinsic manner; live electronic guitar accentuating the moody spells within this piece. ‘Eter’ comes with a magnificent video download by Melbourne VJ’s Netzair + Coop, a visual treat that moves as one with the track.
‘Stereotipo’ (with vocals by Manuel) and ‘Constante’ (featuring the vocals of Mauri) return the listener back to solid 4/4 grooves, straddling deep house and deep techno.

We’ve been working on this record for almost 3 years

We recorded & mixed it ourselves, in our Feels Like Home Studio (http://www.myspace.com/flhrecords). For us, this record is a way to start over as a band, and set new standards to our name. We chose to release it for free as digital release, because we want the whole world to be able to listen & see it. So yeah, share it with your friends, through the download link in every place you can, put it on P2P programs etc… This is an adventure for us, and we’d like everyone to be a part of it!
Each track of the album is associated with an artwork, pointing to a specific moment of the song. We wanted to give something more than just sounds, and create a whole universe around the album. This is step 1. Step 2 will come in the more distant future (say 2009 ?), as we plan to release a DVD presenting an animated video clip for each track : 46 minutes of film buit around the music, plus a few other things probably…
One final thing : because we are very, very happy with this album, we’d like to see it live outside internet & hard drives. If you’re like us, and you still like holding a REAL record in your hands, taste the REAL uncompressed sound of it in your headphones, feel the printed paper on your fingers…

Etienne Michelet is a young composer and musician from France

After his self-released works “Bleu Vespéral” and “Le Piano à Coudre (The Sewing-Piano)”, this is the first release of his ongoing “Calendaires”-project, which moves in the fields of minimal, ambient, experimental music and classical music.
This “Calendaires”-release contains two parts, both together over 50 minutes long. Part one begins in a very dark context. Deep, growling bass sounds coming to the surface very slowly, bringing some motives and melodies with them. All these parts are layered together to a monumental and threatening wall of sound, which collapses and falls apart into a deep and dark soundscape again. Part two brings more light to the listener. Little chime-pieces lead to a wide field of melodies and sounds rushing around, bringing back memories.

What is Sublime Porte ?
The name Sublime Porte is derived from the term “Sublime Porte” which was used for addressing the Divan (court) of the Ottoman Empire. Sublime Porte is the literal french translation of Bab-i Ali which means lofty gate . This particular term was used in the context of diplomacy by the western states, as their diplomats would be welcomed at “porte” . As a name for our label it conveys our aim for standing as an eminent source for modern electronic music .
Who Are We ?
We are a team of creative individuals from Istanbul TR .We intend to infuse our eastern influences with the western oriented genre we produce . Considering that different experiences cause different inspirations , the music that we produce is unique in the way that it incorporates the various elements of our diverse culture and the impressions of modern practices . Our conscious intention is to investigate the boundaries of modern music while we subconciously appeal to our roots where centuries of cumulative art and ideology have been collected. As artists we are focused on expressing ourself, where as a label we try to amass artists who offer great ideas and professional executions of those ideas. Therefore each of our artists supply a distinctive sound while every release guarantees the same exceptional sonic standard.

2) An electro-greeting from Ural Mountains - Ekaterinburgh-based guy calling himself Mal turned a good old ‘Spider Man‘ track into a pure mental weirdness;
3) Holland’s ‘Underground Liberation’ pride - DJ Ritzi Lee’s heavy-weight track ‘Crushed & Twisted’ - really turned into a massive mechanical stomper under Vadim’s hands;
